Dipper is a smooth coat border collie whose hobbies include energetic games of tug, sitting in human laps, giving very wet kisses, and wrestling with his two best friends from next door, Ziggy and Molly. He has been practicing to be a Divine Canine since he was two months old by visiting the students at his mom's school where she is the librarian. Being a library dog is really hard work because he can only be loved on by so many people at a time, and there are only so many hours in a day. Dipper's mom says that he is a love bug and often asks him how is it possible that he is so cute.
