Handler: Laura and Penny Quilici

Penny was rescued, young and pregnant from a kill shelter in Oklahoma. Once her sweet puppies were adopted, Penny found her forever home with the Quilici family. Penny’s hobbies include long romps in the greenbelt, chasing laser pointers, and making new friends. She hopes one day to take some agility training too.
