Jarvis

[/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″]

Handler: Barbara Watterson

It was in the stars for Jarvis to become a therapy dog. After his mom was rescued from a puppy mill from Austin Cocker Rescue, he was born on the day his “Grandma” had cancer surgery. His “Grandpa” grew up fearing dogs since he was bit by one when he was just three years old. As he entered a day program and then assisted living as a result of Alzheimer’s disease, he “forgot” about his fear of dogs and always enjoyed the dog visits at both programs. Jarvis hopes to honor his memory by visiting others and bringing joy into their lives. Jarvis enjoys hanging out at home with his rescue brother Opus, playing with squeaky toys and taking walks.
