Austin Pets Alive rescued Bailey from Town Lake Animal Center in 2010, three days before she was going to be euthanized. Two weeks later, this lovable, happy, healthy, beagle/lab mix was adopted into her forever home. She’s an awesome dog who just needed someone to give her a second chance at life. Laid back, affectionate, and trusting, she’s not shy about throwing herself to the ground and asking for a belly rub from everyone she meets. She is a “people dog,” and especially loves children. Her favorite past times include chasing squirrels, lying in the sun, sniffing everything, and searching for the treats that her person hides around the house each day.
